With the certification issued by Cemafroid , you have the guarantee that the equipment complies with the maximum noise threshold of 62 dB(A), which makes it suitable for deliveries at staggered times (early morning or late evening) for which it is customary not to exceed the following maximum threshold:

62 dB(A) for deliveries between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

" Peak certified" is a distinctive marking affixed to transport and handling equipment, certifying that the product has undergone testing and type certification. Cemafroid is the organization that manages the rights to use the markings and carries out the certification and associated testing.

The manufacturer who affixes the Peak certified mark on its products commits to the conformity of the certified acoustic characteristics.

4 steps to benefit from the right to use the distinctive Peak brand issued by Cemafroid

Carrying out of free‑field acoustic tests by Cemafroid on the products concerned (Type tests),
If the test results comply with the maximum authorized threshold, the manufacturer is awarded a type conformity certificate,
Granting of the right to use the PEAK brand in return for a commitment by the manufacturer to ensure the conformity of the products manufactured to the type certified by Cemafroid .

Cemafroid manages the certification and the right to use the Peak brand by assisting users and taking their concerns into account within the framework of a certification committee responsible for improving the conditions for granting the right to use the brand,
Cemafroid also undertakes to process all complaints (*) relating to declarations of conformity wrongly established by manufacturers who have the right to use the brand,
The penalty for the offending manufacturer can range from withdrawal of the right to use the brand to more restrictive sanctions...

(*) The complaint must explicitly relate to proof of non‑compliance with the rules of use of the brand by the manufacturer who is the beneficiary of a type conformity certificate established by Cemafroid.
